Access Instructions
Next to the entrance gate, on your left, you’ll find the keybox containing:
• The remote control for the entrance gate
• The key for the south gate leading to the beach
Your personal access codes will be sent through your booking platform shortly before your arrival.
Use your personal access code on the keypad located to the right of the main entrance door to unlock the main entrance.
Once inside the villa, you will find two accommodation entrances:
• Ground Floor Suite
• Master Bedroom
Use the same personal access code to unlock the entrance door of your reserved accommodation.
To lock the door, simply press the round button on the inside or the arrow button on the keypad.
Complimentary private parking is available within the property.
Use the remote control from the keybox to open the entrance gate and park in any available space.

Security shutters
The outdoor living area is protected by electric security shutters, allowing you to fully enclose the space whenever needed.
Control 1
Atrium clear shutter
On both sides of the clear PVC security shutter, you will find two identical wall-mounted control panels.
Each control panel has three buttons:
- The middle button is not in use.
- One outer button operates the clear PVC security shutter.
- The other outer button operates the left metal security shutter of the outdoor living area.
Both control panels operate the same two shutters, allowing you to control them from either side of the clear PVC shutter.
Control 2
Pool shutters
After entering through the main entrance, on the right side of the black black metal frame opposite you, there is a small round black button that controls the shutters.Press the button once to open the two security shutters facing the pool. Press it again to close them.
Important
Before operating any shutter, please make sure that no people, furniture or other objects are in its path.
Never attempt to stop or force a shutter while it is moving.
Tip
On windy days, especially when a strong southerly wind is blowing, we recommend closing the clear PVC security shutter. It provides excellent wind protection while preserving the view and makes the outdoor living area much more comfortable.
Recommendation
For your comfort and security, we recommend keeping the security shutters closed during the night and whenever you leave the property for an extended period.
Air conditioning
Each bedroom is equipped with an individual thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature for your own comfort.
For environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, the minimum cooling temperature during summer is set to 23°C.
To ensure the air conditioning operates correctly:
• Keep all doors and windows fully closed.
• Make sure the handles of all aluminium glass doors are pointing towards the ceiling.
If a door or window is not properly closed, the air conditioning may stop operating.
Tip: To help keep the room cool, we recommend closing the blackout curtains during sunny hours. This helps reduce heat from the sun and improves the efficiency of the air conditioning.
Outdoor Living Area Ceiling Fan
The open-air living area is equipped with a ceiling fan to provide additional comfort during warm days.
The fan is operated using the white remote control located on the counter beneath the television.
Please switch the fan off whenever you leave the outdoor living area or when it is not needed.
Hot water
Hot water is primarily provided by the solar water heating system.
On cloudy days or after extended use, the hot water may temporarily run out. In this case, you can switch on the electric water heater.
The switch is located inside the Ground Floor Suite, in the bedroom, inside the electrical panel on your right, next to the bathroom door.
It is clearly labelled “Boiler”.
Simply switch it on when needed. The system will automatically switch off once the water has reached the appropriate temperature, so there is no need to turn it off manually.
Elevator
Villa Satori is equipped with a luggage elevator for transporting luggage between the Ground Floor Suite and the Master Bedroom.
The elevator is designed exclusively for luggage. Guests are kindly requested to use the internal staircase to move between floors.
In the unlikely event that someone becomes trapped inside the elevator despite these instructions, an emergency mobile phone is available inside the elevator. It is permanently connected to a charging cable and can be used only to call 112.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is available daily for your enjoyment.
The pool has a uniform depth of 1.75 metres. Please use it responsibly and do not dive.
For your safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Before entering the pool, we kindly ask you to take a quick shower whenever possible.
Please avoid using glass bottles, drinking glasses or other breakable items in or around the pool area.
To help us keep the water clean and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask you not to enter the pool immediately after applying large amounts of sunscreen or body oils.
Our pool technician usually visits every Monday and Thursday to clean and maintain the pool and ensure the water quality remains at the highest standard.
Please keep the pool umbrellas closed whenever you are away from the property or not using the pool area. Strong winds can arise unexpectedly in our area and may cause damage if the umbrellas are left open.

Beach gate
The south gate provides direct access to the beach.
The beach gate key is located inside the keybox, together with the remote control for the entrance gate, outside the main entrance gate.
Please remember to lock the beach gate after each use to help keep the property secure.
When returning from the beach, we kindly ask you to rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower before entering the pool.
Outdoor lighting
Most outdoor lights are automatically controlled by timers and will switch on and off without any action from you.
If you notice that a light is not working properly or if you need any assistance, please let us know.
Garden maintenance
Our gardener usually visits once a week, typically on Mondays, to maintain the garden and keep the outdoor areas looking their best.
The automatic irrigation system operates daily. For this reason, please avoid leaving towels, clothing, luggage or any other personal belongings on the lawn, as they may get wet when the irrigation system starts.

Waste & Recycling
Waste bins are conveniently located outside both property exits:
• To the left of the main entrance gate.
• To the right of the beach gate.
The blue bin is for recycling, while the remaining bins are for general household waste.
To avoid attracting neighbourhood cats and insects, please do not leave food, food waste or rubbish in the outdoor areas.

Toilet
To help protect the property’s plumbing system, please flush only toilet paper.
Please do not dispose of wet wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, cotton buds, dental floss or any other items in the toilet, as they may cause blockages.
A waste bin is provided in the bathroom for all non-flushable items.
Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing system in excellent condition.
Drinking water
Tap water at Villa Satori is safe to drink and can also be used for cooking, preparing beverages and brushing your teeth.

Laundry & Housekeeping
A washing machine is available inside the wardrobe of the Ground Floor Suite.
Additional housekeeping services are available upon request and subject to an extra charge.
