Take the elevator to the 7th floor. The apartment is the only one on that floor.

The door locks automatically a few seconds after it closes.
To lock or unlock it manually:

Air conditioning
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, providing comfortable cooling and heating throughout the space.
Each unit is operated using its own remote control, which you will find in the corresponding room.
Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy. Thank you for your cooperation.
Hot water
Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of your household waste in the municipal waste bins located at the corner ofErmou St & Ag. Theklas StWe kindly ask that you do not leave rubbish bags inside the building or in the common areas. Thank you for helping us keep the property and the neighborhood clean.
Toilet
To help protect the property’s plumbing system, please do not dispose anything like toilet paper, wet wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, cotton buds, dental floss or any other items in the toilet, as they may cause blockages.
A waste bin is provided in the bathroom for all non-flushable items.
Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing system in excellent condition.
Drinking water
Tap water at the penthouse is safe to drink and can also be used for cooking, preparing beverages and brushing your teeth.
Laundry & Housekeeping
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
You will find laundry detergent in the kitchen cabinet underneath the sink.
An iron is stored in the left section of the bedroom wardrobe.
A clothes drying rack is available on the terrace, behind the metal storage cabinets. As is common in Greece during the summer, clothes dry quickly and naturally outdoors.
Additional housekeeping services are available upon request and subject to an extra charge.
