Please find on this page some information about our place and the neighborhood.

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Athens. This is by far the most interesting area of Athens to stay, in order to get into the real spirit of this ancient city. This is here also, where the trendiest bars, restaurants and art venues are located and of course all the monuments.

PENTHOUSE- USEFUL INFORMATION

Arriving by Public Transport (Karaiskaki 8 - 10554 - Athens)

From the airport:

Take Metro line 3 (blue line) Get off at Monastiraki st. The journey is 50 minutes and the ticket costs 10 Euros

From Piraeus port:

Take Metro line 1 (Green line) in the direction of Kifisia. Get off at Monastiraki st. The journey is around 25 minutes and the ticket costs 1.40 Euros

For hot water we use solar panels - In case it is cloudy pls turn on electric boiler, switch is behind the mirror outside the bathroom.

Garbage disposal at the corner Ermou - Agias Theklas str

Check-in time is 15:00. We will be happy to offer an early check-in, but this depends on the previous guest’s departure and also, we need the appropriate cleaning time. In any case, please send us your request, in order to see if we can store your luggage, so you can have your first walk in Athens.

Parking: Pls check the map for paid parking facilities near the apartments.

General Rules: Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed on this property. An extra cleaning fee of 120 Euros applies, in case that guests smoke inside the apartment
